1. Property Preview Service
Perhaps you have found a property but are unable to view it yourself—we will view the property for you, checking it against the estate agent’s details, taking extra photographs and writing a report outlining the pros and cons relevant to your requirements.

2. Property Evaluation Service
A service particularly suited to properties requiring some level of development, be it an extension or general updating. We will visit the property with you and talk through your ideas giving you a realistic estimate of cost and timescale required to get the property to the standard you desire.

3. Estate Agent Filter System
Instead of having to contact a possible 12 or more Estate Agents we will be your one contact point. In a face to face meeting (whenever possible) we will establish your requirements. We will then contact all relevant estate agents and any other suitable sources, they will send the property details to us. With your needs and preferences clearly in mind and our knowledge of the area we will then filter out the details that do not match your requirements and send you the ones that do.

4. Familiarisation Tours
If you are unfamiliar with the area you intend moving to we can arrange a tour for you and your family showing you the key areas and local amenities. This will be tailored to your particular interests and requirements.

5. Area Reports
If time or geography are not on your side we can provide a written report on the area including information on local schools, local amenities, crime rates, flight paths, property values etc—a bespoke document to fit your needs.

6. Should I stay or should I go?
This is a really useful service if you are unsure whether to extend your current property or move to a larger property. We will assess your current home giving you an estimate of cost and timescale to extend, and how much value this is likely to add to the property. Adding together the current value of your property and the proposed costs we would show you a selection of property details equating to that value.
