The Complete Homefinder Service is suited to those people who lead hectic lives and have little time to spend on their property search, or live away from the area.

How it works

1. Establish your requirements
Ideally we would meet you at your current home and together work out your exact requirements –this is a useful exercise for both parties, it helps focus your mind and allows us to learn exactly what you are looking for in a property.

2. Research the marketplace
We will search the marketplace contacting estate agents, private sellers, developers, scouring websites, magazines and newspapers. We then select those properties that look right on paper.

3. Preview suitable properties
We will view the chosen properties, shortlisting them and preparing an appraisal of each.

4. Send you the shortlist
You will receive the Estate Agents’ details, our appraisal of the properties and any relevant additional information.

5. View the properties together
A chance to discuss the pros and cons of a property.

6. Select a property
This might follow further viewings, more detailed costings or more information about the area.

7. Negotiate the offer
Our experience and knowledge of the market enables us to advise you in the preparation of your offer.

8. Keep the transaction moving
We will maintain contact with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and other relevant parties on a regular basis so that your file will never be at the bottom of the pile.
